History of Our Company
Westerville Realty, Inc. was founded in Westerville sometime in 1948. It was a leader of the housing re-sale market for many years. The company grew and was a leader in the residential housing market through the seventies.
The company evolved into the residential housing rental management business and started to develop a larger market share in the commercial real estate side of the business. Westerville Realty, Inc. has again evolved into the commercial market even more, selling and managing properties around the Columbus and Westerville and surrounding areas.
The property management division of the company specializes in commercial property management with a residential focus on Condominium management as well. Several condominium communities, office buildings, medical buildings and office parks are in the mix of the day to day property management business.
