My name is Bill Tompos and I would like to introduce myself to you and what services our management company has to offer to your condo-home owner’s  association.  I have a variety of experience in customer service, i.e.

 

·         Owned and operated two businesses for 20 years

·         Worked in the field of accounting as well as managed a staff of accounting professionals

·         Managed multi-million dollar budgets

·         Served as an officer in my own home owner’s association for ten years

 

I am associated with Westerville Realty which was founded in 1948.  The property management division of the company specializes in commercial property management with a residential focus on condominium association management.  Several condominium communities, office buildings, medical buildings and office parks are in the mix of our day to day property management business.

 

I know each person’s condominium is their home and largest investment.  Westerville Realty is sensitive to managing that investment at the highest level of professionalism.  I would like the opportunity to meet with you and talk to your association officers about our services.  When it is time to make a bid on a new management company, I would like the opportunity to bid on that contract.
